The Shin Toyosu Brillia Running Stadium, which opened in December 2016, was used by people of all ages and disabilities through the 2020 Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Games, and was closed in November 2023. Wheelchair basketball experience
(Starts at 14:00~14:30 due to instructor's availability)
Through the experience of wheelchair basketball as a pure sport, it is possible to foster unconscious diversity (unconsciousness that does not categorize "para" and "healthy"). In addition, since each active player will engage in a dialogue in his or her own voice based on his or her "perception of his or her own disability" and "thoughts gained from a dramatic half-life," the opportunity to think about diversity and fairness can be provided in a more accessible way.
Kanagawa Vanguards

Social Circus
We believe that Social Circus can be used to address various issues facing modern society as a program that comprehensively fosters cooperation, problem-solving skills, self-esteem, and communication skills through the practice and mastery of circus techniques.

Overview
We will train you how to run with sports prosthetics. Anyone who is willing to run with us is welcome to participate. For those who do not have or have never used a sports prosthetic leg, the GISOKU library will rent one.
Due to the high cost of sports prostheses and the lack of coaches who can teach training, it is very difficult for people with lower limb deficiencies to use sports prostheses on a daily basis. Since running is essentially the lowest threshold sport, we continue our activities with the aim of creating a society in which anyone can enjoy running. Even for those who are new to the sport, we provide a sports prosthetic leg for each individual according to their amputation position and the prosthetic leg they are using, and train them how to run. If you have even the slightest desire to run, please feel free to contact us.
